Recipe

Ingredients (for 23 people)
5 kg oxtail, cut to serving size (bring to boil, then drain)
3 kg of beef tripe, cut to serving size (bring to boil, then drain)
2 tablespoons annatto powder
3 onions (minced)
20 cloves of garlic (minced)
23 cups beef stock

2 bunches of string beans
2 banana hearts (banana flowers) (cut into wedges)
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups ground roasted peanuts (diced)
2 cups panko breadcrumbs


Directions

  1. Put the oxtail in a deep pot and add enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil bet365 スマホimmer until tender. When it softens, remove it.

Ingredients (for one person)

(A)
500g of ground meat
(boiled and oil removed)

(B) Combined seasoning
6 tablespoons sake
6 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp sweetened soybean paste
A pinch of sugar

Bok choy
Egg
Green onions

< Seasoning (as needed)
Sweetened soybean paste
Gochujang
Chili oil


Directions

  1. To make the soup, add a bit of sweetened soybean paste, gochujang, and chili oil to commercially available soup.

This dish is an excellent vegetarian dish. It’s golden brown and comes with garnishing, and its tangy taste will stimulate your taste buds. It provides several health benefits with carefully selected spices.

1 cup carrots (shredded)

1 tbsp green chiles

1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour

Sauce
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 onion (shredded)
1/2 tablespoon ginger and garlic (shredded)
10 cashew nuts
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp cumin seeds

(B)
2 green cardamom pods
3-4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick

(C)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tbs coriander (chopped)

Directions

  1. Crush the boiled potatoes and add (A).
