(“TCG”), 30% owned by Rjs33333金沙线路检测o, has completed the acquisition of three group companies on July 5 that are part of Alcamax Packaging (Vietnam) Joint Stock Company (“Alcamax”), a corrugated box manufacturer in Vietnam.

This acquisition is based on the Share Transfer Agreement concluded by TCG with Malaysian company Golden Frontier Bhd, the former owner of Alcamax, on January 18, 2011. As a result of this acquisition, monthly corrugated packaging production capacity of the Rjs33333金沙线路检测o Group in Vietnam will be increased from 7.0 million m2 to 14.5 million m2.
