R金沙集团1862入口o Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka, Chairman, President & CEO: Kiyoshi Otsubo) announces that Thai Containers Group Co., Ltd. (TCG), a joint venture between R金沙集团1862入口o and SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (a subsidiary of The Siam Cement Public Company Ltd.), has completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in PT Indocorr Packaging Cikarang, a manufacturer of corrugated packaging which operates in eastern Jakarta.

In Indonesia, the R金沙集团1862入口o Group also acquired PT Primacorr Mandiri in September 2013 and PT Indoris Printingdo in December 2014 through TCG. With this acquisition, R金沙集团1862入口o Group's distribution operations for corrugated packaging and folding cartons will increase to seven in Indonesia, including four existing plants operated by PT Surya R金沙集团1862入口o Containers (SRC).

The corrugated packaging business in Southeast Asia is an important strategic focus for the overseas operations of the R金沙集团1862入口o Group, a “General Packaging Industry” (GPI), and R金沙集团1862入口o will work to further enhance its corrugated packaging supply system within the region.
