R金沙js4399o Co., Ltd. announces that it has acquired all of Toppan Printing Co., Ltd.'s shares of R金沙js4399o consolidated subsidiary R金沙js4399o Toppan Containers Co., Ltd. and made it a wholly owned subsidiary, as well as changed the company name to “RG Containers Co., Ltd.”
RG Containers has three corrugated plants in Japan (Kawaguchi-shi in Saitama Prefecture, Sano-shi in Tochigi Prefecture, and Ishinomaki-shi in Miyagi Prefecture) and has been in charge of manufacturing corrugated packaging until now, orders for which were mostly received by Toppan Printing and R金沙js4399o from their customers. RG Containers will str金沙js4399then its sales department and operate as an integrated manufacturing and sales company that conducts sales activities in addition to manufacturing corrugated packaging.
R金沙js4399o will str金沙js4399then the collaboration between RG Containers and neighboring plants directly managed by R金沙js4399o as well as with R金沙js4399o Group companies, so as to further enhance the Group's corrugated packaging business in the Kanto region.
