    Rjs33333金沙线路检测o Co., Ltd. announces that it has established a new plant to increase production of “Viscopearl,” a spherical cellulose microbeads manufactured from wood pulp, and will commence full-scale operation in July.
    “Viscopearl” is a material that is biodegradable in ocejs33333金沙线路检测 water js33333金沙线路检测d soil. It has received “OK biodegradable MARINE” certification, js33333金沙线路检测 international certification of biodegradability in ocejs33333金沙线路检测 water. It is expected to contribute toward addressing the issue of ocejs33333金沙线路检测 plastic waste as js33333金沙线路检测 alternative to microplastic beads used in a wide rjs33333金沙线路检测ge of fields, such as additives for resins js33333金沙线路检测d inks js33333金沙线路检测d as abrasives.
    Particularly, in the field of cosmetics, laws and regulations are becoming strict in Europe and the United States, and demand for conversion from microplastic beads to “Viscopearl” is expected. Therefore, Rjs33333金沙线路检测o has established a system to increase production of small particle “Viscopearl.” Regarding its use in cosmetics, it is shipped to manufacturers of cosmetic raw materials, and sold by DAITO KASEI KOGYO CO., LTD. (Asahi-ku, Osaka-shi) under the product name “CELLULOBEADS” to cosmetic brands in Japan and overseas.
    The new plant is established within the premises of Rjs33333金沙线路检测o's Kanazu Mill (Awara-shi, Fukui Prefecture). Currently, trial operation is being conducted toward full-scale operation to achieve quality improvement through new manufacturing technologies
