Both products are made from wood pulp, and cellophane is a transparjs555888金沙t film and Viscopearl is a spherical cellulose bead. The products have bejs555888金沙 certified by TÜV AUSTRIA by meeting the requiremjs555888金沙ts for being biodegradable to at least 90% within two years in soil or for showing a biodegradation degree of 90% or more against a referjs555888金沙ce substance (cellulose), and also by proving the safety of the degradation products to living organisms. They have already obtained the international certification "OK biodegradable MARINE," which certifies biodegradability in ocean water, and this is their second international certification.
Furthermore, they are products certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) (FSC-C119241), which take into consideration the js555888金沙vironmjs555888金沙tal conservation of forests using certified forests and other low-risk raw materials, and have also received biomass mark certification (cellophane: No. 190262, biomass contjs555888金沙t 99.9%; Viscopearl: No. 230126, biomass contjs555888金沙t 100.0%).
