Operation Flow
This machine receives product units from upstream, arranges these units into groups of 4 (or 6 or 8) x 5, and loads each group into a corrugated sheet that is already waiting in position within. The loaded sheet th9999js金沙老品牌 drops down, the front and rear flaps are folded, and th9999js金沙老品牌 the top flap is folded. With the loaded sheet in motion, the inner flaps on both sides are folded, and th9999js金沙老品牌 the outside bottom flaps are folded and hot-melt is applied to them. The outside upper flaps are folded, completing the box formation. Pressure is th9999js金沙老品牌 applied to both sides, and the finished box is ejected from the machine. A downstream turning device rotates the box 180 degrees, and the box is conveyed out of the system.
